Is Your Life in or out of Balance?
Think about it.. is your spirit heavy or light?
Do you have balance in the critical areas of your life? Family & Friends, Work, Spirit, Physical, Emotional, Mental etc.
When you really think about it that seems like a lot to manage and keep in balance. Trust me, I get it! Sometimes is seems as precarious as balancing an elephant on a beach ball!
How about when you don't eat well or get proper rest?
All I know is that, when my life slips out of balance- bad things happen. I feel disconnected from my best self and the part of my personality that I refer to as my "evil twin, Cynical Cindy", comes out to play ; and let me just say that it is not pretty! When I make time to practice balancing techniques, I feel connected to my highest best self "Wonderment". Life flows easily- relationships, happy encounters, my ability to write, create art and opportunities for growth show up like magic
Some of the things that help me to stay balanced are Yoga, Meditation, Walking, Dancing, Prayer and Chakra Clearing/Balancing. Your Chakras are the energy centers of the body. Here is a link to a site that will tell you more your Chakras and how they impact your life.
You can balance your Chakras yourself. It only takes a few minutes, and it is something you may consider doing often.
The more I learn about Chakras and how they can affect every area of our lives- the more I pay attention!
