All about Cindy......

 My name is Cindy Monten - creating art & beauty  is both my passion and my purpose. 
After traveling the world as a Master Hairdresser - working with some amazing talent, owning multiple salons and training more novices that I can count.  I now enjoy freelance work,  combining all of my heart-centered , creative work in one space.

 My  Reiki Masters Certificate was earned at the The Meta Institute. Relaxing, chakra clearing & intuitive, energy-work are among service offerings.

Creative writing has always been a source of inner peace for me. "The Birth of Wonderment" was my first book. It reads a bit like a fairy tale but is a true story, of painful experience  which launched a deep personal transformation, and led me to live a creatively joyful life.
 A second book is in the works,  so stay tuned!

 Cindy Monten~Art & Beauty is a charming home to all of my creative endeavors. From my services as a Light Worker/ Reiki Master, to Mixed Media Artist, Hair Designer and Creative Consultant.
The studio is my playroom and creativity lab, a place for  doing the work that I love,
for people I love, in a community I love.

Meet Zoe, my muse & biggest fan, Director of Social Media and most important my daughter and my favorite human in all the universe! She is the "why" behind all I do.
I hope that by bravely crafting a life that aligns with my soul, makes my heart sing and utilizes my natural  talents and creates freedom and flexibility in my days- will inspire her to continue to honor the only two"rules" I have ever set down for her.
